The Tábua Community Volunteer Group will mark World Cancer Day with a health education session on 'The Importance of Physical Exercise for Quality of Life', organised by Rui Vaz, a sports technician from Tábua Municipal Council.
The event will take place at the João Brandão Municipal Public Library at 3pm and will end with a healthy snack for participants.
