- I am Nada Rajab, and my journey began about five or six years ago when I learned that my grandfather had cancer. It was surprising news for all of us, and we did not know my grandfather. But he felt that he had cancer in the last period, a few months before he died. It was a real amount of pain and a feeling of weakness that I was unable to help him and ease his pain, since I was sitting with him throughout his illness and I could see how much he was suffering, but I was trying to help him as much as I could. After his death, I was very sad.
- I always saw Bahia and Bahia’s story. I wanted to volunteer there. I was almost in front of her about 3 times a week, but I didn’t know what would stop me from taking this step. After the death of my grandfather, I decided to take this step and volunteer at Bahia so that I could help everyone who suffers from cancer, even with a smile, and offer them what I could not offer. To my grandfather, may God have mercy on him. My grandfather was the reason I took the step, so thank you very much ♥️

When I first entered the institution, I was very happy and had mixed feelings. I started to spend a lot of time with the female fighters. I made many friendships with most of the female fighters. Our last appointment was at 6 o’clock. I used to stay until 9/8, just because I was still fighting for the first time and I was afraid. I was working, and I had one day off. I used to spend it all in the hospital. It really became a big part of my life. It made a huge difference to me and I helped many of my friends by volunteering at the hospital and remaining a part of Bahia and real Bahia every afternoon. Egyptian.
