I learned to appreciate the little things in life that bring me joy. I now feel a certain kinship with cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers.

Living in a region with limited resources, my commitment against cancer is driven by moral character and integrity. I advocate for truth, defend the weak, and fulfill every duty with enthusiasm. As I strive to elevate oncology and palliative care nursing, I envision becoming a leader in positive change, impacting the lives of those I serve.

The chemo journey was painful and being young I could understand that death was knocking on my door, but my family was there especially my late mum and dad. There were always there for me, lifting me up when I was down.
